oyasimi !!!! hahaxx... lolxx... midnite liao .. but i just reach home like 2 hrs ago from sports leadership camp ... initially thought it was a super boring ... nothing surprising .. normal camp .. wasting my time ne ... but then .. after attending this short 2 days 1 nite camp .. i did learn a lot as a QM .. quartermaster ... or the sai-kang warrior lolxxx !!!!
this camp ... sports rite!!! SUPPOSEDLY to keep fit and NOT GAIN WEIGHT rite?????? hahaxxxxx!!!!joke la !!!!!!!!! confirm gain like 2 kg liao lolxx !!!!!!!! u know wat we eat not ???!!!
first day ... lunch --> CHICKEN CHOP
first day ... dinner --> mixed rice [ rice + fried fish + veg + grilled chicken meat [a bit like the chicken chop]
first day supper --> lemon biscuits + milo + chocolate waffles biscuits
second day morning --> kong guan lemon biscuits + milo + oat bun(this is for me but the rest they ate ....)
fried guitiao + fried sausage + fried fish ...
second day lunch --> fried chicken chop rice ...
second day dinner --> coke + pizza [damn lot of favourite to choose from and plenty to eat !!!]
lolxxx... u see la !!! who wouldnt grow fat u tell me ???!!!!!
have a terrible time in term of eating at the camp ... all the fantastic food there ... don finish also difficult .. esp everyone is eatign then if u dun eat .. the questioning will come .. i have a terrible time controlling myself not to eat that much .. but then ..
i still eat la .. so now .. cham liao .. gain weight liao .. and further more .. my rountine .. LONG LONG time didn touch le la !!!!! cannot like that la !!!!!!! lolxxx... self-discipline !!!!
wat kind of food .. super a lot to eat and it is super tempting cos the kong guan biscuits .. the choco waffles and the lemon biscuits come in tins then they carry the tins around .. and plus a big big plastic bag of buns .. watever buns also gt .. curry oats red bean green bean .. blah blah ... veg ....

the rest of the camp was pretty okay ... got to do the low elements .. lolxx.. the instructors all like so fierce la !!! as if we offended them like that .. questioned us .. bombard us with wuestions .. blah blah blah .. so so so serious for wat la ... ??!!! we having fun rite ??? so fierce for wat ??? as if we own u money like that ???? weirdo !!! think they struck in their own corners too long liao a b it weird weird up there .. hahaxx!!!! dunno how to communicate !!!
anyway .. doing hte low elements.. there is a part where everyone have to make their way to the top climb up the wall de ...
lolxx.. didn wanna go up at first cos i pulled my shoulder then i scare pull again .. lolxx.. but then in the end went up and not my hanf kana .. is my thighs la... lolxx... blue black until super cham!!!! and blue black actually can be painful when u hit it or watever rite ... mine is so so cham that even i walk sit down .. watever.. can feel the pain sia !!!

anyway .. overall .. gt a lot of fun ... noe quite a lot of frenzz... all the sports leaderz.... they really really rocks !!!!

and one very impt thing i realise in TP sports ...
all the sports groups are super serious over their sports... they are really proud of their groups and they are willing to share wat they have for trainings... how tough it is .. running .. push ups .. sit up .. pull up .. blah blah blah ... the archery team even do push up like 50 times before they sleep on the first night of camp .. and their push-ups are man- style de... they are girls and it is perfect ...!!!
the floorball group .. they are discussing the whole night about their recuitment drive and notice board .. super bonded and serious !!! thats why TP sports are the best !!!!!!!!!! we won the most no. of champs among all the other polys !!! and this is a very good example of you reap wat u sow ... !!! lolxx
squash !!!!!!! wake up le !!!!! time to !!!!!!! be prepared for a brand new set of training when hte school term starts... for now !!! pls pls pls come for training .. prepare yourself .. WE ARE THE HOST THIS YEAR LEH !!!! dun serious ... host school .. sia la !!!!! die for u to see lolxx !!!!
